Into the Pyramid by Tony Bradman and Jon stuart
Today I read this book online. It was written by Tony Bradman. I was learning to identify and know why different text types are used.

We have been learning how to leave a positive digital footprint. We know we are doing this because leaving good, quality comments is important. Here is a comment I have left. It is a specific comment.

Maia's Toy
I have learnt that my toy is a pushing toy. The character is not there because I forgot about the little bear on it. I think it came from China like the other toys.
It runs on wheels. When you push it, it moves.

My name is Maia and I was born at Lady’s hospital in Auckland. I am a Kiwi and my mum and dad are from the Cook Islands.
I have 2 brothers and 4 sisters and I am the youngest person in my family. I am 10 yrs old and my birthday is on January the 4th.
I like to eat hamburgers at Carl Junior’s and have ice cream cake. My favourite colour is purple and blue because the sea is blue and purple is just an awesome colour. My sports I like to play are are netball, swimming, rippa rugby and soccer. I like sports because it makes me fit and it’s fun. I like to learn about art, maths and topic too. At school I am always in the second group but I like school because I like to learn and do the fun stuff that the teachers organise for us. At the end of the year we always get presents and something nice to eat. The best thing about being in school is being on the school patrols and taking part in inter-school sports.
